I was expecting a government document, and the driver decided it was not important to leave any notification that it was attempted to be delivered. I had to call the 1-800 number to see what was going on. I then went to retrieve it and was told they might not have it without even looking or asking my name. Just ask me my name and look !!!!! Why make this more difficult than it has to be?

Plenty of parking, handicap stalls by door. Carts are available for heavier boxes. This location is a ship only center. They do not box your items. You can NOT bring your AT&T tv or internet equipment here to have sent back, only a FedEx Office location can do that. The closest one is Bloomington or Oswego or Peoria. Friendly staff & very helpful.

Had issues with an order. Item purchased was 75 lbs. and the box was all but destroyed upon arrival. It had thick, large black arrows, pointing up. Accompanied by word's saying to "not put on side".As a result, the Item was severely damaged and it took more than 5 months to acquire a replacement.When truck pulled up with replacement it was occupied with just the driver; boxed item was manhandled/turned on it's side by this one person and placed onto a small dolly.It was amazing that there was no damage to item... this time, that is.I called FEDEX to voice my concerns; said wasn't their problem.Be very careful... most shipping facilities will treat your item's like s@#t. They don't care and don't get paid enough - they'll say - to follow their own shipping rules!!There needs to be extensive retraining; periodical, mandatory refreshers and consequences for not adhering to policy.

Taking incompetency to an entirely new and shocking level. My package was overnight/next day air. Even after having had previously received packages at this exact address from the same seller and having used FedEx before here at this mailing address; they can’t seem to figure out that the address is correct. After confirming the address was correct for the 5th time I got the company that shipped the product involved to release the product for pickup. After they fought to speak to someone that could help the truth came out they lost the package and was going to delay it forever until it was my fault for an incorrect address. (The address that was correct the entire time)

FedEx delivered my $600 package to the wrong address and accepted a signature from a complete stranger. Ruined Christmas for my wife and family.

Absolutely abysmal service. I live in an upstairs apartment on Main street in a very small town. Despite the fact I'm retired and sitting at home and waiting for a delivery, the drivers repeatedly make little to no effort to knock on the door. Instead they try to make delivery to the business next door, which is NOT the shipping address, then do not leave the package, despite no signature required and delivery instructions on my FedEx account to simply leave packages are the side door. Can't even begin to explain how many times this has happened. Complete nonsense and infuriating. It's getting to the point I'm going to simply refuse to purchase from a vendor if FedEx is their only shipping option. Ridiculous.

Worst place to ship and receive with in my area. Was supposed to have a package delivered on a Thursday. The driver did not knock or ring my doorbell and left one of the tags to sign for it. I signed the back of it and left instructions to please alert us when they arrive. Well it is now Saturday and I will not be able to have another delivery attempt until Monday. Nothing like waiting 5 extra days for a package that we 2 day expedited.

It's nice to have a FedEx so close to drop off my packages. Handicapped parking right near the entrance made my visit so much easier.
