“I joined August 18th and everyone has been amazing! The people that are working out the staff and management! Shout out to Morgan who's always there to answer any questions. He never stops working! He's always either cleaning, greeting someone or helping someone. He is an asset to your gym! I have to switch sometimes from afternoons to early mornings due to my work schedule and Robert is always there with a smile in the morning when you're half sleeping trying to wake up! Other staff I don't know their name but there to always answer questions and even if you should know the answer, they're there to explain the equipment or whatever question you may have. I understand reviews and most are good and a few are bad. What I always say is if I'm pointing a finger at someone three are coming back at me. Overall you are doing an amazing job. Keep up the great work. No one is perfect and no gym is perfect but for me you guys are doing a great job going above and beyond. Keep up the great work!. One last story. A shout out to everyone in the men's locker room. I left my hat there. I went back 2 days later and it was still there! Also management is easy to talk to and there to listen if you do have a complaint or a compliment!Also a shout-out to Lysandra and Robert! Lysandra wasn't even on shift yet. Cleaned The machine I was going to go into. Everyone goes above and beyond. Thank you for doing a great job. Planet fitness!”

“I think this is one of the best places, Val, Erin, Peggy, Luke all do a great job. There are others also that do a great job but I don’t know all their names. When I joined I did not think I would like it because it’s a corporate place, I was going to a family owned gym years ago and thought the Y would be too corporate ran but I was so wrong, they treat you like family and the friends I have met make me feel like home. I highly recommend you checking this place out.”
