Filing taxes is already stressful…I was in there for three hours getting mine filed. I’m a full time student and my preparer was “brand new” as she kept saying and didn’t know what she was doing. I don’t feel confident with the fact that they were done right. Was just a stressful day…need more EXPERIENCED workers working or atleast a supervisor walking around to help newbies
