This place could be better, but it is really not it is cheaper, but that is why you pay less the service is not accurate or up to date with their info ? which is so sad !

Lab tech at drive threw window asked if I had one prescription. I said 2. She rolled her eyes muttering something and huffed off the the computer. I am still in shock. I will change my pharmacy and never return.

I ordered two players for delivery, two addresses. I check my credit card and no charge the next day. Called to check was told it probably went out. Called the next day. Told they'd check and call me back. No call back. Called the next day was told they don't keep records. Never charged my card. Parties never received. Dang not good.

Bought some pork with the expiration date 1 week from now. Went home to cook and prep (30 min total) left the package out next to me then when I opened the package a horrible rotten meat smell immediately hit my nose. Upon inspection once I flipped the piece of meat it was all bad on the bottom side. Went right back to the store n returned it....

I told my doctor that calling hyvee pharmacy is a trigger for me. Unless you get Laura, Michelle, Lori, or Brian be ready to be treated like a l***** I'm on a medication I hate but I now have seizures without my meds twice now I had a seizure due to feeling to afraid to call and pickup my medicine. My wife has the same problem one woman in particular likes to hang up on her and give attitude. If the above four people ever leave so will we. Anxiety is hard enough don't need judgment. Try to hire welcoming people. There's good techs there but the bad one's outweigh the good. Make sure to ask the name of the person giving you attitude I guarantee it's the same woman. Trust me lady we hate calling there as much as you hate taking our calls

Hy-Vee pharmacy is a trigger for me thanks to a few really bad eggs. I need to know why people such as Dawn are allowed to judge us and make us feel like crap. She hangs up without answering questions one time she said can I catch a break we're busy ok. All I was asking was a pharmacy question she could of given the phone to anyone instead she hung up. She's made my wife cry. Is that what you guys tolerate? Been with Hy-Vee pharmacy ten years and I'm sick of being mistreated

The wait times keep getting longer and longer. I just waited 20 minutes at drive thru to get a perception that was ready.if you can't hire enough help close the pharmacy

Any time I call they just hang up. Nothing about if I needed more information, no have a wonderful day, they just hang up when they think they are done talking to you even if you had more questions.

This was my first time at this grocery store, and I'm glad I did stop and shop. I'm from Miami, Florida, so I shop at Publix when I'm at home. But when I lived in Rochester, New York for 4-1/2 years, I shopped at Wegmans. This grocery store really made me feel like I was shopping there. This is really a great grocery store. The shelves are well stocked, and plenty of items to choose from. I wanted fruit, so I decided to visit here. The pineapple was so sweet, and delicious. They have a bakery, seafood department, deli and etc. My husband had been here with his friends from his job, so he knew where everything was. He love their egg rolls. Whatever kind you decide, it's packed with the meat. My husband had pork egg rolls. He bought 3 since they are delicious. The meat department is unbelievable. The steak and pork chops are huge and really fresh. They have really great sales this week, so please make sure you check out all of the items on sale. I will most definitely return soon. :-)
