10/10 experience. I came into the salon last minute, not sure what to expect. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful. Especially my lovely stylist, Rylee. She did an outstanding job on my hair. Not to mention, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease as someone who struggles with anxiety.
The salon itself is also gorgeous. It’s very clean and organized from what I could see. There’s also a large variety of merchandise to browse/purchase while waiting for your appointment.
If you’re looking to get your hair done I would definitely recommend this place! I also would highly recommend Rylee! I will 100% be coming back.

One star because Zero stars wasn’t a choice. Stylist, Tana, cut off 12 inches of hair and completely mangled my hair. Looks nothing like the photos I showed her. When I called to address the issue, manager Marianne was unapologetic, condescending & rude. When I asked for a refund she became rude & hung up on me, when I called back she picked up & hung up on me again. Devastated and heart broken. Ruined my NYE & birthday. Absolutely devastated.

First time here and it was a lovely experience. I was very appreciative of a calls that I sadly missed, seeing if i wanted to come in earlier since an earlier time came available. Regardless, came a little earlier and waited just a few min.
Shelby was my Stylist and was very kind and patient. Took note of what I was trying to achieve and did a great job . I will definitely seek her out again .
It wasn't overly busy when I went in which was nice .
Overall a great experience.

Came here once for 2000 chunky highlights and left with normal highlights (a lot of the blonde was orange..!) If you're trying to dye your hair a fun color please do not waste your time and money here. Also, a lot of the hair stylists (not all) are just straight up rude. Came in with my mom one time and her stylist was making her feel bad about her hair. Genuinely haven't heard good things about this place from anyone i'm personally close with. (prices are also just insane , I recommend calling and asking about how much everything is BEFORE you book an appointment..)

Walked in and from the start I was greated with smiling faces! Being a dude and not knowing what I wanted! The stylist totally hooked me up and I loved the new look! Will definitely be back in the future!

We stopped in on the chance they could do a walk-in. They had availability at that moment. My wife had just suffered a broken leg 3 days earlier. This was no problem for them. They moved things around and Shelby would be her stylist. They became fast friends. Shelby did an Amazing job, all while making her feel so comfortable. Thank you again to all the staff, who made us feel welcome and special.

Shelby Dovin always gets its right!
Im particular with how I like my hair and want things a certain way. I always get that new woman feel when I leave the salon after Shelby takes care of my hair!
