I was left with long hair around my ears a line in the back of my head that looked like she accidentally put the wrong clipper guard on. I got a fade on one side and I don't know what you call it on the other. Never ever will go back or recommend this place. Your better off going to Great ClipsServices: Shampoo & conditioning

First time customer and My stylist Vianey did an amazing job! She listened and understood exactly what I was asking for and she delivered. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend the products offered as well as the overall aesthetics of the business.

I went and got eyelash extensions done on Tuesday, July 11, and left in tears, the lady who did them was very nice, but I had so much product in my eye from the wrong placement of eye patches that they felt like they were on fire. After I left, I realized the lashes were clumped on each other, and there were glue chunks attached directly to my eyelid. I was worried when the whole set took only an hour and 15 minutes. Usually, this is a process of 2 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes. The next day I tried to wash them, and it felt like my eyes were burning again I started to break out on my eyelid, causing pain and it felt like the extensions were stabbing me. I scheduled a removal for the next day at a different salon, and I called on Thursday, July 13, and explained very nicely what was going on and asked if I could receive a refund (I am never one to ask; I hate confrontation) but the lady told me she could maybe have the manager call me but the manager is usually busy and that it was unlikely I would get a refund and it sounded like I "needed more latches attached". I am very upset that I paid 130 dollars with the tip, then two days later had to spend an additional 50 dollars for a lash removal because I was in so much pain. Again I feel bad for even writing a negative review, but when I tried to call, I could tell the girl could care less what I was saying.

Carlie is absolutely the sweetest person and does an amazing job! Also she has cut my 4 year old daughter hair. My daughter is very shy but Carlie has gotten her to smile each time she has cut her hair! So glad we have found her!

I came in asking for a toning treatment to get rid of the brassiness in my hair, yet I left with the exact same brassiness I walked in with. I also asked for layers so I can have a blowout look and I left with barely anything cut off. I showed her a video of exactly what I wanted and I did not get that at all. Then the stylist asked if I wanted beach waves as my style before I left and I agreed. Just for her to give me giant barrel curls that fell within the hour. If you don’t know what you’re talking about, just say that. I basically paid $107 for a style that didn’t even last. Being Christmas time, that’s a lot of money. Every time I told the stylist what I wanted for my hair, she gave me her opinion and she kept saying what she thought was best. That is my biggest pet peeve about stylists. If I come in asking and paying for something, I shouldn’t leave with something else just because what I wanted wasn’t what you wanted. To top everything off, when you pay at Jean Arthur, there is a receptionist there to do the transaction. My stylist went up to the desk with me and the receptionist asked out loud how much I wanted to tip and the stylist stared at me waiting for me to say something. I felt so uncomfortable like I had to tip a lot because she was standing right there. The whole experience was awful. I won’t be returning.Services: Hairstyling
