JP MOTORS Nissan, also known as Hawk Auto, is a place to buy a vehicle and receive service. Many customers report a great experience, stating it is a great place to buy a vehicle with great people who are more than willing to work with you. The sales professionals are noted as great to work with and full of great knowledge, with customers highly recommending them. Customers feel the staff went above and beyond, taking time to answer all questions and taking concerns seriously to find a solution. The service department works to find a solution for vehicle problems. However, one long-time customer reported a very dissatisfied and disappointed experience, feeling they were not treated well during a lengthy repair process involving communication difficulties and a lack of loaner cars. After speaking with a manager who apologized and wanted to make the situation better, that customer felt a good feeling that their frustration was understood. While many are happy with the excellent service and would come back, experiences with service can vary.
