Scott was buying a new car and went to Hawk Auto Peru because of Chad Talbot. He always takes care of us when looking for a new or used car. Very communicative, honest and to the point. Thank you for the 2025 Nissan Murano. Its a great purchase and we highly recommend Chad and Hawk Auto.

Talked to Rose she initially thought I was interested in a Nissan Versa, in which I corrected her on the telephone call. I was actually interested in a Nissan Altima. I did ask is the driver assisted features could be turned off her reply was no, I don’t think so; but I will check and call you back. That call never happened. I kept getting calls to see if I was still interested or if I had gotten another car. No mention of whether or not the driver assisted features could be turned off. She also had another number that I had told her was a better number, that number was never called. I never bought a car from here because of the lack of understanding and communication. If you want to sell cars you really need to understand your customers. I’ve gone elsewhere and bought a new car. I don’t have time to wait around for someone to call with information I asked for. I give a person 24-48 hours to contact me back. It’s not my job to call the sales person, they should have called with the information I specifically wanted.

Had talked to a person I believe her name was Dawn about a 07 low miles Tundra. She had responded the truck was in the shop and she would call me when it came back. I’m assuming the truck never made it back since she never called back. I bought a 2025 Tundra SR5 after waiting two weeks I retired from sales after 45 years of chasing every lead I could and hustling to help more people meet their needs. I didn’t know you could make a living coasting along but I probably couldn’t buy a new truck at 70yo, 10 years after I retired if I hadn’t worked harder than everyone around me. Their loss. It sure would have been nice to pay cash @ closing but Toyota has very low interest on new Tundras! Two people from this dealer called me almost immediately upon my online inquiry but not one followed through. If you’re looking for a “no pressure” sales situation this is it!!!!
