We had the male nail tech who did a sloppy job, did not take his time at all. Only got hands massaged anout 30 seconds. He was questioning my 10 year old grandchild about how much money she has in the bank- very inappropriate. Also within 24 hours 3 of my nails are completely peeled off

UPDATE SUMMER 2025::: After coming here for many years, I was extremely upset that on my last visit they would not let me use a gift certificate I had saying it was “too old”. I received a gift certificate for a Christmas gift one year and the following spring. I had open heart surgery. After my surgery and being on blood thinners, I was hesitant to come and get a pedicure/nail trim. I called and talked to Lisa and was told no worries, they would honor the gift certificate anytime. I had left the gift certificate in a drawer and recently found it, so yes, it was a little old but the point was it was still a good gift certificate and they would not honor it. What made the situation worse was the guy there was a jerk and was very loud yelling and very rude! Changed my original 5 stars down to 2 stars.

I have been coming here for years. I have never had a bad experience. I always receive great pedicures and excellent service. Have tried other places and I like Lee Nails best.

Terrible service. They prefer to leave your work halfway to attend to more people. They should do it by appointment. They don't do it that way if I work in a hurry.

Not great. Place was packed. I ask how long of a wait for a mani and pedi, was told a long time. I decided to wait with the other 6 that were waiting. A young woman(20’s- ish) wearing a short shirt and halter top came in right after me asking the same, and she was treated pleasantly, was told 20-25 min and was called beautiful. Whatever. I’m almost 50, I get it.
Good news is they moved quickly getting everyone in, bad news it’s because the quality wasn’t there today. Nails were done by some guy who was aggressive, and twice I had to show him where he missed taking off my previous nail color. He did not do a great job at cleaning my cuticles and the flower I asked for is just ok. That was 40 and I tipped 10.
The lady who did my feet was so exhausted she barely could do them with oomph. I already had color so all I needed was heels cleaned up and a massage. It was weak at best… oooo and yes the 2-3 younger women that came in were called beautiful, that was nice. The rest of us…. I think I recall 6-7 in my 1.5 hours there, were ignored.
The lady doing my feet was making comments and faces about my heels because they were dry and calloused. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing. She did not do a great job. That part costed 50, and I tipped her 10.
I am no stranger to visiting the nail salons. This was my 2nd time there and my last. There were regulars that apparently get great service because I could hear the conversations, I just am not young or pretty enough to get good costumer service I guess.
I still tipped because a service was performed but I doubt those working even care that I’m giving them a 2 star, nor care about how invisible and under appreciated I feel after being there today.

I walked in without an appointment. Staff was super friendly. Thomas did a wonderful job. This was my first time getting acrylics & I’m very happy with how they turned out:) 10/10 will definitely be going back!!

I have gotten my nails done twice now and I love them the first was the red and it was exactly what I asked for and then I got them filled too be the second photo. I love it!!

anna did a great job on my acrylics and did exactly what I asked for. She asked me multiple times if I needed anything and if I liked the nails so far ! Love them she’s a queen

Came in with a set of nails on & told the young guy I needed them FILLED. Instead, he ripped all of my nails off and charged me for a full set.

worst experience ever. Took my little girl in with me they OFFERED to paint her nails then billed me $45 yes FOURTY FIVE dollars to paint my little girls nails. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!
