Save yourself some time and download the Menards app. If you don't know where what you're looking for is, there's a likely chance that neither does the store associate. Save time trying to explain and look it up on your phone yourself because that's what they'll do. I've been there a few times this week and I did find two people who took me straight to what I needed.

I drove to an unfamiliar location to pick up some items that my husband bought. The instructions in the email were clear, but when arriving at the location, I was unsure where to find the area that was for picking up items.
