“I went in last week and was helped by a man named Michael. He was so kind in getting me the information I needed to get switched over. I needed to think about it and told him I would call him. When I called him he answered and politely told me he would be on vacation but anyone could help me. He was right! I was helped by the Store Manager Dana and she was very sweet. She helped me get my number switched to At&t and made sure my existing Directv account was good too. I'm glad to be with a company who cares.”
