“Great employees today (1/24/2023). I bought the 9th Gen. iPad that’s on special but you guys didn’t have any accessories! Sad face! No cases, no pencils, no screen protectors! I knocked a star off for that! Give your employees something to work with! If something is on special and you expect people to buy it, you might want to have accessories for it! Especially cases and screen protectors! I got the JBL Flip also! It’s heart! The girls working today were very personable and helpful!”

“First time at this location, and it didn't disappoint me. The store is super clean, and very nice employees. I came in and purchased some disinfectant wipes. One of the stock workers missed and placed the wrong size wipes in the wrong section. So, I was able to get the wipes for $2 less. I also purchased other items that were on sale, or just really reasonable. I also picked up other items I didn't need, but wanted. :-) We will definitely be back soon.”

“They gave rearranged the store again on the front end , it was better with the bigger areas for self checkout now you only gave a small table area and they put doors on the eggs and cheese area putting more surveillance equipment I. When they should be watchinng the employees more, hint hint”

“These guys (and gals) are the best!! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the phone, tablet, internet tech, and they take the time to really break it down and explain it to you! They make honest suggestions and help you make good informed decisions on your phones and technology purchases, they don’t just try to upsell you on junk you don’t need! Their associates are extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful! I have been coming here for for about 7 years now and I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else ever for my cellular, tablet, or internet technology needs! Only negative is that Verizon is a bit pricier service, but not that much more than pretty much every other brand of cellular service and you really get what you pay for, I almost never have any issues with my cellar service like outages, technical issues, etc, like I did constantly with AT&T, Sprint, Nextel, IV Cellular(which went bankrupt I think), so not only is Verizon the best cellular company, but these people at BEMOBILE are the very best franchise Authorized dealers in all the state of Illinois, probably country! I don’t just say that either, they really are the best! Thank you BEMOBILE for meeting and exceeding all of my families cellular, tablet, and internet needs!! Here’s to many more years of excellent customer service!!”
