Kathryn has gone above and beyond several times to help me out when it comes to my jalopy of a truck. Even took time out of her personal time to drop off a part when I couldn't make it to the store before they closed. Always makes sure the customers are taken care of.
Honestly the entire staff is phenomenal at this location. Every one of them seem like they do whatever they possibly can to help a customer out.
Definitely recommend and it's the only store I use And or send people for parts.

excellent. Absolutely no hassle on returning a battery without a receipt. They had a record of it from my rewards account, and took care of the replacement in minutes.

John was super helpful! I was passing through the area traveling and my dust guard ripped off. I called ahead the Sunday before Memorial Day as I wasn't sure they'd be open. Something was dripping and I wanted to make sure it was safe to drive the rest of my journey. Their staff was super kind and he even climbed under my car and helped walk me through a temporary fix to get home safely until I can go to the dealership. Great guys and great service!

My name is Curt Herron and I want to highlight a case of excellent customer service that I received from Kathryn at the Peru, Illinois store on Sunday. She certainly went above and beyond with a repair for my car that helped me to get back home while also spending a lot of time with two other customers who also needed extra assistance. You should be proud to have a caring individual like her working for you. I am very grateful for all of her assistance, and I am fortunate that I stopped at your store. I will definitely return to O'Reilly Auto Parts for future business.

Not always the friendliest place, but if you ask for help, they are usually very helpful. I have been going there for in excess of 20 years and will continue to go just because they have never steered me wrong in the end. I'm used to A1 customer service, but I can handle it being a little less than that. If you need something, you probably need to ask rather than be asked. Just saying.

Jonathan was my representative, he helped me, a disabled tech moron with bad typing skills let alone trying to put in a new headlight lamp and battery. He saved me money and time by finding ALL the replacement parts I needed what searches I failed to find saving me $200. Then he even put it on refusing a tip which I forced on him. Saved me $100's
