Bought a newer Jeep Grand Cherokee from Renegade Motors. On the way home from the dealership the day of purchase the check engine light came on. Called the dealership who advised to take to my local mechanic and they would take care of the expense for the repairs. Mechanic repaired issue for check engine light however in less than 24 hours check light was on again. Called dealership to advise a repair had been done by mechanic and sent billing and notified of light status again. Renegade Motors then requested the vehicle to be brought back to diagnosis and repair. Drove the vehicle back and after a week passed the dealership notified the needed repairs had been made and could pick up vehicle. In the process never paid the original mechanic they requested I take it to which left me with the expense to pay after being told they would handle the expenses. Unhappy with how this situation was handled.

Very happy with my Service from Renegade. Michael sold me my car, and it was fast, good service, very respectful, and issues I had with the vehicle he fixed in his auto shop with no charge. I’m a satisfied customer ?

I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a good used car. Phil is absolutely awesome!! I had some credit issues but he worked his tail off and got me a car I absolutely love for a killer price. Phil was very helpful with the car and also helping me with my credit issues. I can't thank him enough and will definitely be a returning customer!!

Paid over $3k for a van and it lasted maybe a year before we had to completely junk it. Wasnt worth fixing with how rusted out it was. If I wasnt in desperate need of a vehicle I would've kept looking. We were told the engine light was on because of a "small hole in the top of the gas tank" which wasnt the problem at all, it was all the o2 sensors going out. They will tell you anything to sell a vehicle and they're way to overpriced for how long they DON'T last. When I know someone is looking for a vehicle I make sure they know to stay away from these rip offs.

So After having just gone through a very hard financial time and working very hard to reestablish my credit and not to mention a new baby having just arrived. I purchased this truck thinking that it appeared to be a good deal and the salesman assured me of how great of shape it was in. Within just a few days of having the truck, it's sprung a very serious fuel leak. When I contacted the dealer, they told me it's as is telling me there's nothing that they can go and do. I don't have the money to fix it. The part costs $120 to replace the fuel line section and the tool to remove it is just over a hundred dollars as well. I'm not very mechanically savvy. Purchased the vehicle for my wife so she and my son can get around safe while I'm gone driving a semi. $13k vehicle and now it sits. Absolutely disappointed. It may be “sold as is†but do a customer right. Put less than 200 miles on it before it broke.
