Good selection of a wide variety of items, from automotive to animal feed. They have a decent selection of firearms and ammunition although the prices are a bit higher than some other places.

I've been to several Rural kings and this one is well run . Parking lot is small with use of inventory space.

Good luck getting ahold of anyone at the store. Hung up on and left on hold for over 15 min with no end in site, multiple times I called. No one ever returned to the line even after providing a SKU. Would like to purchase a large ticket item but am unable since I can't reach an associate who wants to help. On to the next vendor. Another corporation with no customer service and no way for customers to reach you.
Called the HQ line for assistance and same problem. How many sales are missed due to lack of customer service....
