recently purchased my dream car from Schimmer and was very pleased with the sales team. Jeff and Olga were fantastic! I've been on the hunt for one of these cars for months and was willing to purchase sight unseen and pay for delivery. In my experience, many dealerships won't negotiate over the phone and like to trap you by coming into the dealership. The sales team at Schimmer knew I lived a few hours away and we made a deal within minutes over the phone. No sales tricks or anything, professional business deal from the first phone call. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the accommodation. Jeff advised me on better financing than my bank offered and Olga drove 100 miles to my home to close the deal. If you are looking for a sales team who accommodates, look no further. If that is not good customer service, I don't know what is. Even though we do not live close, we will definitely look at Schimmer for our next purchase. Thanks again!

What an awesome company... they helped me several times with car I did not purchase from them!! Even got me a free engine!! Now I needed a different car and John King treated me with respect and knowledge... I found my new car and am very happy with my experience!! Highly recommended the business

We had the best and most interesting experience with Schimmer Ford... Everything about this dealership is EXCELLENT. Here's why... There is a new manager at this dealership by the name of Don McClain, and it's because he takes his job very seriously that we had an excellent experience. Of all the dealerships and of all the managers I've dealt with, not just in the car industry but in general really, Don is the best by far and wide. He took the time to handle my requests directly, and even gave me his personal number to contact him directly. Not only did he solve every single problem we had from start to finish, he reassured us that he would stand behind the car we bought and just wanted to make sure we left the dealership with the best possible experience... Mission accomplished, Don! He has certainly earned our business now and in the future. So much so that we are willing to drive over 100 miles from our house to the dealership simply because of the way Don does business. He restored our faith and trust in car dealerships!

I greatly appreciate the customer service! I bought my Hyundai Kona and it's an absolute dream come true, as well as every service member who helped me pick it out. They have a friendly and helpful staff, and they even detailed the outside of my car for free when I went in for a maintenance question! This is my go to place.

Everyone has a smiling face here, and they genuinely do want to help you. I go here for every oil change, and even if I have a general question about my car. It doesn't matter who you talk to, everyone is willing to help you and your cars needs. I appreciate this especially when they are busy, and always will go here!

After breaking down on the highway, we were towed to Schimmer to get our van fixed. Not being from the area we had no idea what to expect. The service was excellent. They were unbelievably busy but treated us extremely well and kept us updated throughout the process. The service manager and his staff were top rate, from everything we saw.

Customer Service is not a priority. Purchased a brand new car with a very small dent and made an appointment to bring my car in to have it fixed. I dropped my car off and came to pick it up the next day only to find it hadn't been moved or touched. Made another appointment for a week later and made attempts to speak with the original salesman and he never returned our calls. Come time for my first oil change I decided to give them another shot. I made an appointment and waited 1.5 hrs for my car. Done.

I recently purchased a new Ford Fusion from Schimmer and the purchase was extremely smooth and quick. They are so easy to work with. I will continue to recommend them as well as continue to purchase future vehicles with them. They are the best!!

Car was towed in. No one called me to say the car arrived. No call to explain what needed to be done. I did get a call when car was finished with no discussion with me prior, did not even have car back 30 min. not fixed. Drove to different dealership was told I was charged too much. Second dealership gave me loaner with 400 miles on it. I will never go to Schimmer again!

Customer Service and follow through, seriously lack at Schimmer. I am so disgusted. Have dealt with Rob the Service Manager twice, and Big John. Bought a Cadillac from them. I am an out of state buyer. Made initial $1000.00 earnest money payment via debit card. Then 4 days later, wired the cash balance. Did get confirmation of the $1000.00 pymt. from Schimmer, but never rec'd any type of confirmation on the wire balance due transfer until I called to see if there was a problem with the wire. I SPECIFICALLY asked if the car had "Chrome Wheels "before purchasing it. Was advised by Big John "Yes". Eventually I'm told "Sorry" they're alloy, and immediately ....Did I still want the car by Rob and Big John.????? This is appx., a $1000.00 OEM upgrade. After paying cash for the car, I look on line, and my car is STILL listed "For Sale", WITH an increased price of an additional $1400.00 appx. ???????????????????????? Was advised, after I pay for it in full..... I will get 2 day Priority Mail packet as to sign paperwork for the purchase, and I will in turn, return it the same way..... To date, NOTHING. Called for Big John this morning, am advised by receptionist "I don't know where he is". So I ask for Rob. Where is the paperwork ? " I will call you back in 10 min."....I wait, wait, wait, 4 hours later I call Rob back.. Rob is still in process of finding if, when, and how paperwork sent....I advised I have had nothing but bad Customer Service from Day 1. Schimmer has not followed through on anything. NOTHING has gone right, mean while, my shipper is waiting to transport the car. I finally get call back 2 hours ago, that paperwork should be here tomorrow morning... TOTAL LACK of CUSTOMER SERVICE and FOLLOW THROUGH with a CASH Customer. No allowances made what so ever for all the screw ups....It should never be this difficult to buy a car, when paying cash, in which I should not have to follow up on their end about getting ANY/ALL paperwork sent. Lastly, after making a large down payment, to reflect serious intent about purchasing it, and when it was discovered, it didn't have the OEM chrome wheels, and I confronted them, I was IMMEDIATELY asked by both Rob and BigJohn "Do you still want the car?? I found this most offensive.....as I was told a man in Chicago wanted the collectible car. THUS, BUYERS BEWARE............Hopefully some day I will see my car....

Absolutely terrible service. The mechanics here charge an insane price and don't even fix the problems. Took my car to a well known local car shop and they fixed it for a fraction of the price. The idiot mechanics here fail at their jobs. Go somewhere else.
