When we received a Low Fuel Pressure warning on our F250 at 6:45 pm while pulling our 5th wheel, we were relieved that you let us stay on the lot overnight. In the morning, your Service Department did a great job fitting us in and getting us back on the road. Thank you again.

I will forever recommend Schimmer Ford in Peru! I was super nervous and stressed out about getting a new car. Olga was AMAZING along with Jim! They both made the process so smooth and enjoyable! Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Worst communication in the industry. I spent over $4,000 for a repair and they found other stuff wrong with my truck, instead of calling me and asking of I wanted it replaced, they did the portion that they quoted and left the rest of the issue for someone else. Now I am left to schedule an appointment to get the rest of it fixed at a different dealership when they could have fixed the issue with a simple phone call or text. Now the next guy has to tear down the motor again to replace the simple part that could have been replaced. There was way more but too much to add.

The salesman was nice to work with but when we picked up our car they didn’t clean the car up very good at all!! We have bought several used vehicles from other car dealers & they always detail & cleaned the vehicle.

Bought my pre-owned 2016 F150 at Schimmer Ford and have no regrets. The staff was very service oriented and accommodating. The price was reasonable and I am very happy with my new truck. Thank you Schimmer Ford.

This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Garrett Peterson made this whole experience one I would highly recommend when car buying. I'm an out of town buyer and he was very responsive to emails and phone calls. Buying a car one cannot personally see with a dealer one doesn't know can be a bit challenging, but Garrett made the whole process fun and easy and with no hassles or delays of any kind. Everything was very transparent, he did everything he could to make the process very informative so I knew what to expect and when, but most importantly he made the process very simple. He did everything he could to to facilitate the process to be fast, fun, and easy and with a very fair deal. I had to have the car delivered to me due to the distance and the driver (Dan) was so friendly and fun to work with as well. I could tell he enjoys what he does and make the paper signing straight forward and easy. I'm VERY happy with the entire experience! I highly recommend!

MY SERVICE WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. VERY COURTEOUS STAFF. ONE HITCH IS THAT MY APPOINTMENT WAS NOT SHOWING IN THE SYSTEM. THEY MANAGED TO FIT ME IN ANYWAY.

I had my 2017 Ford Escape in on 3/1/23 for an oil change and to have my passenger side door looked at. Oil change was done, however the tech claimed they could not duplicate the noise I hear as I drive the vehicle. I called and asked what exactly should I do to prove this- they said send a video to this number “919”…….so I sent the video and we are now a week later and ZERO contact! I also asked for a quote for 4 new tires - an expense of over $1000 and I WILL NOT be ordering through Schimmer. I will be taking my business to Bill Walsh where their service department was more than happy to speak to me.

Unfortunately, Schimmer Ford has lost my family’s business. After numerous interactions with the service department, I can no longer use or endorse Schimmer Ford due to what I consider unprofessional and unethical practices. Sadly, after buying 3 or 4 vehicles from John King (who was honest, fair and professional) the service department has ruined the trusted reputation and relationship.
