We had such a positive experience. Our sales person Olga went above and beyond. Our first time we stopped in she came right out to see what we needed and how to help us. It was the hottest day of the year, and she answer all of our questions, and then spent about an hour with us going over different options, vehicles, helping us to decide which direction we wanted to go. when we decided to come back and test drive a vehicle, she had it already for us. When we decided to buy a vehicle, she found the one that we wanted and had it delivered to the dealership. Everything and everybody was wonderful. We will definitely return to shimmer .

I called and told tech about dog hair in my car and I needed it detailed. I was told they would take care of it no problem. I dropped my car off and didn’t hear back. I tried calling with no answer so I decided to bring the rental back and wait. They were closed. No call to let me know my car wouldn’t be detailed that day. The car salesman that sold me the car several years ago was on site and very rude to me when I tried to confirm that service department was closed. I called next day to get status and was told “no disrespect but there was a lot of dog hair.” I was told they wanted to make sure it was detailed properly. I picked up my car over 24 hours later and whatever they quickly wiped interior with was still dripping from steering wheel and interior dash which got all over my hands and clothes. Windows were not clean and vents were dirty. To me it looked like they vacuumed and then sprayed gel and barely wiped interior. I felt I was open and honest about condition of car which is why I was willing to pay whatever it took to get it detailed. Their eye for detail and customer service was not worth the embarrassment of being treated like a problem to them. I usually have great feedback when it comes to oil change and purchasing tires; but this experience was humiliating. They did a good job vacuuming, that person should get ALL the credit and payment.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I did wait a longer time than I was originally informed. However, they kept me informed and then provided a rental to use until they could find the problem. I was very happy with everything.

Olga Martinez and the rest of the sales team provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had across any industry. From our first conversation, Olga was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She consistently acted with genuine interest in helping me and my family secure the exact vehicle we wanted despite my own personal oversight regarding the drive train on a palisade that was on site. After I realized my mistake, Olga and the group didn't try to push me into a decision I would regret but rather went above and beyond to help locate and acquire the right vehicle. Throughout the process, she repeatedly checked in and kept me updated and, along with the rest of the Schimmer team, made everything as easy as possible. Olga clearly cares about her job and her customers and I couldn't imagine a better buying experience, especially for such a significant purchase. I can't say enough good things about our experience and although we live out of state, we will happily go back to Schimmer in the future! Thank you Olga!

When I called to get my car in for recall for the brake system. I asked, about another faulty part in steering system. The Hyundai service team assured me that both parts were covered. I told him my car was a 2010. When I went in for service about an hour after they were working on the car. I got a phone call saying the steering part was not covered. The warranty was only for ten years. I told him they assured me it would be covered when I made the appointment. He said that was a mistake. I said well you are the one who I talked to when I made the appointment. He tried to trick in paying $400 to get it repaired! Beware some shady people in the service department!

In all of my experiences with Schimmer Ford I have been disappointed!! My last visit was for an Hyundai Elantra recall. The recall was completed with satisfaction. However when the employee came to tell me my vehicle was ready he had no explanation of what had been done or what the original condition was. The employees are always polite however I would not say they go above or beyond.

I think $85 is getting a little much for a basic oil change. While vehicle was is the shop, they were going to do a recall fix on anti theft. Technician wasn't available at the time to do it. Didn't get done this time.

While my vehicle was fixed and hopefully will be fine for the long term, I did not appreciate the comments that were made to my daughter who brought it over as a favor to me! She was questioned about why the sensor had went off saying it was my fault by the person I’m guessing who fixed it or manager? Not sure because I was not there. There was a side collision sensor that came up as not working while driving to work one day so I made an appointment to have it fixed or looked at. They kept asking her if I was in an accident which I was not because something in the rear was “separated” there was nothing wrong with the backend of my vehicle. Then said we’ll it is not under warranty and it should be $800 to fix so next time you better be prepared to pay the expense.1. I NEVER asked for it to be “Free”2. I KNOW that it is not under the bumper to bumper warranty!-its 4!yrs. old3. There is NO WAY updating a sensor should cost $800!!!! When my daughter said she never saw the car move inside until they called me (again wasn’t there) to say it was done. And then she said it was by the entrance door of the shop! SO I’m going to say it did not take them long to do whatever it is (update a sensor) they did!Long story short I WON’T be going back
