Don't buy a warranty dont buy anything from sears they don't fix anything they don't care if you have a newborn baby at home and ac is broke they give you a line bs saying they file stuff and going to call u back in 48 hours and never do. We bought the most expensive warranty so we wouldn't be put in this position and here we are over a month without ac and tell me that stuff wasn't filed when i was told it was. Then got promised a new ac to be told the next week that they don't do that by another person after being on hold from hour to hour and half every time I called
