“Plenty of parking, handicap stalls by door. Carts are available for heavier boxes. This location is a ship only center. They do not box your items. You can NOT bring your AT&T tv or internet equipment here to have sent back, only a FedEx Office location can do that. The closest one is Bloomington or Oswego or Peoria. Friendly staff & very helpful.”

“Only been there a handful of times to drop off packages at their UPS drop off. From what I've seen though, the store looks nice and the employees have been nice so far. It's not usually packed when I go there”
