Great employees today (1/24/2023). I bought the 9th Gen. iPad that’s on special but you guys didn’t have any accessories! Sad face! No cases, no pencils, no screen protectors! I knocked a star off for that! Give your employees something to work with! If something is on special and you expect people to buy it, you might want to have accessories for it! Especially cases and screen protectors! I got the JBL Flip also! It’s heart! The girls working today were very personable and helpful!

Jan 11th 2023Great costumer service. Had an issue with a new phone (Moto stylus) that was deemed a manufacturer problem. Took awhile to get my issue fixed because they had to call a few other T-Mobile people. But the new assistant manager is definitely 1 in a million. And a big thanks to the other agent that was there as well.I could tell they both cared and did everything to help. After an hour and a half we were able to get a new phone setup that night so I wouldn't have to wait for one to be shipped to me, and due to it being a manufacturer problem there was no restocking fee.If this is what type of help I can expect moving forward as a new costumer (came from 20 YEARS with Verizon) I'll be happy to make T-Mobile my cell phone service for a very long time.

Went there to change my phone to another carrier. I haven't had phone service for 3 days. And always get same answer from T Mobil. turn phone off and should be better when back on. Tired of poor service

I absolutely love the staff at this this T-MOBILE. Absolutely helpful in all ways they possibly can. They work work so well together. I was in during a crazy busy time around Christmas and the store was packed and this staff made sure we were all greeted and taken care of promptly. Been a customer for years. And they always take excellent care of me.

I wouldn’t even give this place a star. Three employees in there and two were fine but the masculine looking chick with the grey short hair was rude and not at all about customer service. Knew I would have a problem with her when I opened the door to ask if they had any masks to offer so I wouldn’t have to go get one from my truck cause it was cold. Her answer was a very stern and rude “NO”.My phone crashed and T-Mobile customer service had informed me my phone was under warranty and to go take it to the nearest dealer to do a warranty exchange. I’ve had multiple issues with various phones since I have 8 lines with phones, a hot spot, a watch and a tablet that i pay for so I explained to the young Latina girl that was helping me and she was cool then this other woman comes like a bull in a China shop grabs the phone from this young lady and proceeds to insert herself in the rudest way possible. It rubbed me the wrong way so i said there’s nothing wrong with the phone and her answer was “well we have to do this in order to exchange it out. That’s what is required”. It wasn’t the guidelines that they follow it was the way she was rude about it that my wife said “you have no idea the issues we’ve had lately”. So I said i will go elsewhere and she preceded to give us our phone and say we came in with an attitude. Hmmm might be because the first thing out of your mouth when we were trying to follow CDC rules and we haven’t even come into the door yet. Go to the other T-Mobile in Peru cause Christian was excellent and did everything we asked with great customer service,no issues and solved our problem. Btw T-Mobile customer service was informed and apologized for this woman’s behavior. Guess they need to find someone with better customer service since she’s awfully lacking
