The self copy machine was down and there was a staff member working on it right away. The girl at the counter was on her own and a line formed for printing services. She was very attentive to all the customers even in a rush. Copy machine was fixed in about 15 minutes and I was on my way. Would come back. Helpful staff

A dated idea. With most things being ordered online these days, this staples is dwindling. They do not cater much to electronics either. Very limited on the computers and laptops that they carry. They do take contactless payment methods though.

Went to drop off packages for UPS pick up. Needed to buy a couple boxes to put them in. Julie the cashier was very helpful, asked if I needed any tape or scissors to seal boxes. I didn’t but the offer was nice. Cut myself sealing the boxes and when I went back in to finish shipping the boxes Julie noticed the cut and offered a band aid. I was in retail for 30 years, and Julie’s service was excellent. Staples very lucky to have her on their team. Especially in today’s workforce! Thank you Julie!!

Avoid this place at all costs. Picked up a lazy boy chair $350 ish priced and paid for them to put together. After a little over hour wait ( no biggie) the chair was taken home. Once home the chair was not moving up or down or leaned back. The next day it was taken back because it was put together correctly. After more waiting one day now we went back to the store. Now they wanted to sell me the now "fixed" chair at the same price oh and bonus they damaged the chair arm. Yeah not wasting my time and money here again. Not even an attempt to make the situation right.

The service was ok, sadly we were there right before they closed so they were a rush but the job we needed done was completed we just had to pay more to get it done the same day.It was odd they turned the lights off while we were being taken care of.

The Staples in Peru, IL has been very good and patient in getting some of our art work laminated. Especially helpful was one girl (Randy)who went above and beyond the call of duty. After one of our grand daughter's pieces got ruined she made another and Randy sent it "next day" to her as she had already left for CA. Also sending a sweet note with it. Thank You! Thank You!

The store employees really came through for me at this Staples. I printed invitations and cards and didn't like the way they came out. This was my fault because I didn't ask questions before they were printed. I went back to the store. The store manager Randi and a young man helped me figure out what I wanted and fixed the issue immediately. It was fast and easy and I am so pleased. Thank you!

Well supplied. Went in to replace a printer and was helped by a very friendly staff member. Was asked what printer was mainly used for and if we did colored copys or black and white or both. Sold what we needed and nothing more, highly recommend this store. Extremely helpful and recommend it HIGHLY!!

I dont understand why I was just unable to purchase a laptop computer from this local store. If you are unable to order the ones you have on display. I suggest you remove the display models. It's a waste of our time coming in and to be told "sorry we cant get these". Why are you doors even open still if you dont have items for us to purchase? It's very sad and eventually places will be gone because of this practice.

I shipped a package from here back at the end of November, it was returned which was UPS fault not that of staples. However, I was told my ups that the store had put their location as return address so I called Staples twice the first gentleman I spoke to was great, when I called back a lady helped me and after explaining the issue she sounded annoyed and said she would look into and call me back. This was yesterday around 1 pm and it’s now 8:30 the following day and no one called me back. Even if you can’t help someone follow through on what you tell a customer you’re going to do. It goes a lot farther than just blowing someone off. Things like this is why I will go elsewhere, I want to give my business to a company who makes customer service priority.

Store website 4 Staples said free delivery no minimum. When I got to store I was told there was no delivery. Reason was because of covid-19 virus. Other delivery services are working. I had bought a chair and it was difficult to get it home.
