This pharmacy is probably the worst I have ever been to. You can never speak to anyone there when you call. The calls always go to a call center. The prescriptions are never filled in a timely manner and they always just seem to be so unorganized. They seem like they don’t care whether you need your medication in a timely manner. I called today multiple times. I was put on hold each time forever and one time the phone just rang and then I was hung up on. Place is just a mess!

They are very fast, courteous and efficient! When I get notification that my prescription is ready, I am in and out like a flash so long as the line isn’t very long. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, even going out of their way to ask how you are doing and make you feel welcomed, even when there are often many rude and ignorant customers in store and in line. The only reason I gave four instead of five stars is that they are woefully understaffed like every other healthcare facility in the country sadly, it’s not really that store or management’s fault really, I would blame the corporation and the overall economy and the working public really, but it can be a frustratingly long wait in line when busy simply because they lack enough staff to handle very large rushes, it’s not their fault though.

If you want to wait 30 plus minutes in the pharmacy drive thru no matter the time of day or day of the week this is place to go. CVS in Peru and Hyvee in Peru - you’re in and out in 10 minutes in their drive thru. This place has been a disaster for years and it gets worse by the month.

Tim in the pharmacy is why I am transferring all my families scripts. Tried to pick up my med and he told me he didn't have anything. I tried for several minutes to get it straightened out, I was completely out and it's extremely important that I take it. He refused to help me. I kept trying to give him more info because I knew that I had refills and that I was notified it would be ready on that day and time. Tim just kept saying he couldn't help me and then would say "bye, have a nice day" just being ignorant and refusing to listen to me or even try to get my meds. I called the store 5 minutes after this and an amazing lady answered , i wish i remembered her name, and as soon as I said I was just there trying to get my meds, she apologized and said it was a computer glitch and that she had my meds ready. If you don't know how to do your job, ask for help! Don't treat customers who are trying to help you figure out your mistakes like their garbage. People need their medications to stay alive and this guy does not care at all. He didn't even apologize when I came back to get my meds. This guy is complete trash.

First time in the store! I ordered a book I had created. The lady was alright and quickly checked me out before I roamed the store. I LOVE that every beauty & skincare product is labeled at the top! It makes it so much easier when finding items. The store isn’t crowded either as most are. Shelves seemed well stocked. There were a few empty spaces in the Halloween isle as you would expect 2 days beforehand. I didn’t get a moment to glance at the cashier’s name I had, but she was sweet! I spoke to her about how clean the aisles looked. She recommended a review? She was paged up front for help so, I assume she’s a manager and it showed! I currently work with the public and I truly understand the frustration that comes with it, but both of the woman I spoke to were kind or at least eager to get me through the line which is a win in my book. Their ice cream section is a must look spot! So many different kinds also friendly for non dairy eaters! Ice cream is cheaper here than at the grocery store I work! The ONE DOWNFALL is trying to get into contact with any department. I shouldn’t have to wait on the phone for over 15 minutes to reach the photo development department AND after 15 minutes I just hung up. That’s ridiculous. You’re better off going into the store if possible. All around, not a terrible experience by any means. Shoutout to the cashier, your kindness was appreciated.

Tried calling to straighten out an insurance issue waited two hours and five attempts to talk to someone without any luck I did leave a voicemail but no return on that either if I ever manage to get my prescription filled it will be the last time I ever use this pharmacy

Had a perfectly valid receipt for a return and was denied and was told an item had already been return off of the receipt which was completely untrue I was returning some makeup for my daughter one item the other was a bag of Doritos she ate when we got home nothing else on the receipt I'll probably take my prescriptions and other business matters across the street to cvs

Called simply trying to figure out the process of getting a CGM and the lady was super annoyed the whole time I was talking because she wasn’t understanding my question/situation. Kinda glad my work insurance forces me to go thru CVS.

Utterly disgraceful & disgusting. The love of my life just had his leg amputated and I had to pick up a very important prescription for him. I went through the pharmacy drive through the first time just after 12pm on a Thursday 2/23/23, they said that his doctor had to approve an important medication, so I said no problem, drove off, called his doctor, and they sent it over. I waited an hour, and came back through, then I was told that it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. No problem, not their fault, so I drove away, called the doctor again, and they fixed it. Waited another hour, and came back through, only this time, Dave the pharmacist came to the window, yelled at me, humiliated me, in front of everyone at the counter & working, and told me to get out of the drive through, that me being there was holding up other customers and was rude to other customers. I tried to explain that I had a new amputee at home and that I had to pick up his prescription. I wasn’t trying to aggravate him, but he was so angry, aggressive, unprofessional, and downright evil towards me, I burst into tears and was shaking. But I had to get this prescription for my love. I will never spend another dime at Walgreens. I will go anywhere but Walgreens from now on. Do yourselves a favor and read their reviews, it’s not just me. It doesn’t take much to extend kindness to a caretaker. It does take a lot of energy to destroy a person who is barely hanging on by a thread. Shame on you Dave the pharmacist. It’s obvious that you do not like people, or your job. Perhaps you should seek another profession, one where you do not have any contact with the human race. Walgreens, I know that it is hard to find decent people to employ, but Dave is an embarrassment and a legal liability. Im just grateful that the recipient of this prescription was not with me, because he would have been devastated by this treatment. I finally got the prescription, and was able to get home four and a half hours later, exhausted, defeated, and completely deflated. Never again. There are plenty of other pharmacies, plenty of other retail shopping options. I will never set foot in a Walgreens again, thanks to “Dave the Pharmacist” (3:45pm on 2/23/23) I hope you never have to experience the venom he spewed at me.?

Ordered multiple 16x20 photos, instead of the girl rolling my photos up she folded them and completely ruined them. Real nice customer service
