This morning Bell Transport had their junky delivery van parked over the handicap ramp at the front entrance. Customers had to walk around the van and wheelchairs could not enter. The parking lot was wide open yet the driver parked illegally. Why have drivers like that

Went to print pictures from my phone. Girl at counter didn't have a clue how to help us. Rolled her eyes n kept sighing like we were such an inconvenience. She claimed she didn't know how to help us...n you're in photo??!! Whatever. Won't b back.
