Lost my script refused to call dr or insurance trying to transfer but need pharmacy to call insurance told I was just a woman and I need to know my place … holding my blood pressure meds hostage in sense …. Laughs at you telling you that they can do what they want and it’s illegal for them to give you prescription meds it will as so aweful I was so humiliated and hurt I cried for over an hr I’m now withdrawing from the meds in a hospital and Walmart pharmacy in Peru just laughs

We switched from Walgreens to Walmart. Couldn't be happier. The entire staff in the pharmacy is great. Even when they only have one tech and one pharmacist on duty they give honest assessments as to the tone it will take to get your meds filled. Highly highly recommend them

The drive thru pharmacy is the worst. The service is so slow, and on occasion I will get a rude worker (not all of them are rude). This is the reason I switched pharmacy’s, and working to get all my family to do the same.

As I have witnessed on many occasions, customers who don't follow directions or ignore reading information before getting their medication, are becoming rude or verbally abusive to employees. If you can't understand the insurance you use or simple doctor instruction, maybe people need to return to school and learn the basics all over again instead of being angry with employees who can't control the circumstances people get themselves into. Personally if I witness one more individual threatening or harassing the employees, I'm prepared to step in to intervene. Stop being rediculous people, you're lucky the employees are so tolerant. And no I'm not an employee, I'm a retiree that's just fed up with the lack of common sense that people exhibit.

For my order of blood sugar strips, I have to pay Walmart first. Walmart will send the information to their third party which will send the reimbursement request to my supplemental insurance which will then sent me the reimbursement check. After more than 50 days there is still no response. What is going on?

JACK THE PHARMACIST IS SO RUDE! He actually threw his arms up and said do I want to fight! Now if I did that I would went to jail! Then he called my doctor and made it like I was freaking out to make me look like a drug addict! I’m seriously contacting a lawyer..

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. My doctors office sent a script over yesterday to be filled. I went in there and was told it’d be 20 minutes before it’s filled. That’s the normal at any pharmacy so I decided to leave and get some lunch and come back. I called back to see if it was ready, and was told it would be ready in 20 mins. I went back the following day (today) and was told it would be another 30 min wait and they would have it ready. This is insane. They had zero remorse.

I've never had a problem with anyone in this pharmacy. SO helpful, polite and kind . Until yesterday and today . I just now again talked to the same woman I dealt with yesterday . I just called and talked to her on 6/1/19 at 3:45 I wish I took her name , because she's the only one I have a problem with. She's very rude , and very cold , making me feel like I didn't matter , or was below her . She's very short and abrupt . From now on I'm going to do my best not to go to her . But if I have no choice I'll be using a different Walmart.
