Do not go here. Every teller tells a different story and they take from you without letting you know. None of them our obviously trained I recommend a real bank guys. You're money should be safe. And when you get tied up in it after they take you 25$ without telling you than in order to close it you must pay them 25$. So my advice run. There's a lady there who tries to be a smooth talker she ain't right. Don't go here if you want your money safeI think there laundering money

Well, I've only had two banks in my life. Heartland and these guys. I set up my account at Heartland to deny any sort of overdrafts or purchases that would put me in the red. Never stopped them and continued to just suck up all my funds. This one however hasn't done that, not to mention their staff is much more courteous.

I like this bank but .. Last time I was there . I was waiting for at least 30 minutes no one said at least Something.. Seems like I was invisible to them..

Woodforest is by far the best bank i have ever had. Been with them for the better part of 7 years and they are always helpful and polite. I do direct deposit on my payroll and my funds are always available to me 24 to 36 hours before payroll is supposed to be available. Tax returns have never had a waiting period like other banks require. Keep up the good work guys :)

Good experience up until my account was hacked. All the stolen money and fees has still not been refunded. Was told it could take more than 20 days to resolve and at that point can request to borrow the amount stolen until the case is settled. Even after the branch told me i was the 10th person and it is a known problem. Will be switching banks and my direct deposit asap.

I've only had one issue with this bank and it was taken care of by the manager herself. The employees are very courteous and take the time to look you in the eye as they speak to you and also smile. That goes a long way with me. I have been happily banking with the Peru, IL branch for over 4 years.

Extremely horrible service from one of the associates. Then when speaking with the branch manager in regards to the rude manner in which we were treated, she brushed us off as if we were wrong for questioning her on the rude staff. Definitely DO NOT recommend the Peru location for your banking needs. We are changing banks!! Customer service is lacking training is needed and I feel uncomfortable leaving my money in their hands. Runnnnnn past the Peru woodforest!!!

great bank mangagement and it shows with its employees. Tellers are always happy to assist you and take care of any situation for you. open 7 days a week is great benefit as well

Poor customer service and hidden fees. Very unhelpful and unconsiderate when coming into issues. Not the first or second problem I've had with this bank but this was the last straw along with their many small inconveniences they have on a daily basis regarding the app, their unreasonable fees, and policy's. Switching banks because this one focuses too much on making profit off of their customers over giving quality service and satisfaction. Not worth the account registration. Try credit unions or local state banks.

Polite and courteous and friendly staff. Unlike many other banks they process daily deposits and credits before proceyssing incoming checks and debits. Also my debit Master Card had been hacked. Our local branch knew our banking habits so they caught the fraudulent use on the first attempt to use it. We didn't even know our account had been hacked. They had a new card to us the same day. Great bank!
