I set up service and they didn't pick up my trash the first 2 weeks I started. I got tired of calling to find out why they did pick up. I canceled my service and went with another company. Funny they had no trouble picking up my neighbors trash but for some reason they couldn't pick mine up.

After having a driver accidentally back into my vehicle it took me over 2 months and threating a lawsuit for this company to give me their insurance information. I received one phone call from area disposal in that time frame and that was an hour after the accident. I got appraisals for the damage and would have to call weekly to find out the status. I never heard back from them. Once I finally got the insurance information from one of their drivers it came out that the insurance company had been trying to get ahold of them for a month on items to start the claim. What would have happened if my vehicle was inoperable? Horrible quality, professionalism

Great waste pickup service. They price matched a cheaper service! Very responsive. They always take everything on time and they’ll take extra if you call ahead.Service: Junk removal

The phone waiting time was a bit long but the receptionist was courteous and helpful and was able to accommodate my requests with no issues.

The rudest collection person ever. Office is unreliable . They say they will return your call and never do.
