We literally just called to ask about a storage unit and asked where it was located and then we asked if it was on the road side or not and she laughed with a whole attitude talking about why does it matter? It matters because some people don’t want to be digging through a storage unit on the road that’s why!! None the less get robbed by the dopers in the trailer park. Learn to be professional. & you did laugh. My husband had to ask you to repeat yourself because of your laughing. Extremely immature. & in the email you admitted you weren’t professional. It doesn’t matter if you were busy or not, you don’t treat potential customers like that. & it doesn’t matter if I owned a business or not, you still don’t treat people the way you did.
