Walked in to get my nails removed that were done by my cousin and I was scolded for half the time because she said my acrylic was too difficult to remove. She kept repeatedly telling me to make an appointment next time because it was taking too long for her but I wont be going back. Not to leave out they didn’t even remove all the acrylic she just painted over whatever she couldn’t get off which I could’ve done myself…

I want to give more stars because the techs talk to you and make you feel like you’ve been going there for so many years, but the unfortunate truth is the nails just aren’t done well.. maybe if I didn’t get a design they would be better, but I still have extra overlay of acrylic on the sides and past the bed of my nails, the polish is also layed on really thick, so they are not as natural looking.

I love my experience here. I had called early Saturday morning so see if I could come in or make an appointment. I made an appointment and has a wonderful time my nail tech was so sweet and I had an amazing time with her. She made sure I liked the shape of my nails and gave me many color options for my nails. I will 100000% be going back.

Mind you I usually go to Bebe nails but it was last minute and they were booked.. so LT nails took me. Worst experience just a no chip gel fill French $65!!! Crazy I still tipped $13 but never again! End job wasn’t good either. Sorry wouldn’t recommend!
