Nate Looman promised he had goods ready to ship last July. We paid $15k and nothing shipped.I chased him down for months trying to get a response.Sensormatic execs have called to apologize for the lack of professionalism and promised things would improve.7+ months after full payment, we still didn't have everything so I told him I expected a refund.We sent the incomplete set of equipment back and he claimed it was too scratched or damaged to issue a refund. Now he won't reply to emails.This might be the absolute worst experience with any business I've ever had.
