Lunchtime with no pizzas and staff doing more talking than working.

There’s a lady that works the counter that legitimately takes an average of 5 minutes per customer. I have absolutely no idea why she is assigned to the counter. I will avoid the store if her car is there. How could management not see that she doesn’t belong in that position?
