We have just been to us cellular in Pittsfield Illinois. I can’t tell you how helpful, knowledgeable and patient Shaun was with us!!! He was so thorough at getting us the best deals and setting up our phones and service. All the staff deliveries customer service above and beyond. Cory and Shaun also solved a very difficult situation for us that truly saved our business. I wish I could give them 100 stars. Go see them for all your communicate needs. Love these guys♥️

Shaun was very helpful to me. He went over and beyond what I have ever Encountered with any other salesman at cellular. He knew I was anxious so he helped me set up my phone, the Internet, and with the car. He is an excellent salesman and explained everything so there was no misunderstanding. I am very grateful for all his help.

Shaun is amazing to work with. I opened 6 lines and it took awhile so he didn't hesitate to stay later to make sure we were all taken care of. He made sure we had the best deals and even checked in 2 days later to make sure everyone was satisfied wither their phones. This is the type of customer service that can make any situation good.
