I signed up with 4G I had to get the internet to work myself becausethey said they had no idea what to do Strike 1, had ok service for a short time and then their router quit working I called and called finally they sent a new one that I had to reset multiple times a day, called and called they saidsorry we have no answer for you, Absolute Worthless Company

This ISP really pulled one over on its customers. We have had this service for a few months and have traveled all over the US and it has been great! Until they decided to change their policy and begin throttling services down to .05Mbps (best I could get) which isn't enough to load a single webpage. It seemed that in just a few days even when watching our usage we were maxed out at over 200gb + used and there is NO WAY that is accurate. I would NOT recommend using them at this time or EVER unless they get their stuff together. We just cancelled and sent our modem back. There are better options (usually) better price. Good luck.

I can't tell you how grateful I am to have this service. I work remotely as a paralegal and would be unemployed if not for 4G Antenna Shop. Whenever I have a problem, Sierra is right there to help, promptly, politely, efficiently, and effectively. Thank you 4G Antenna Shop!

Poor customer service, information always changing. also noticed the only positive review in the past few months is from a "Sierra B" also the name of their 'B2B DIRECTOR B2B TEAM LEADER" how fishy is that? look elsewhere! This seems very fraudulent

I asked and questioned how when Everyone I know has poor cell phone coverage at my home that their service would work and they stated all kind of reason why it would but none worked. The worst part is the money back Guaranty that will cost me $70 to cancel the service if any one returns my calls, Text, emails to cancel

Signed up for an unlimited plan, now it's capped at 50gb/month. Also, they jacked up the rate to over twice what I signed up for, $50/month to $120/month without telling me.Take your business elsewhere. They used to be good, now they're a joke.EXTREMELY unprofessional on the phone also.

I was a customer of the 4g Antenna Shop on their unreliable networks. I would need to reboot my router a few times a day, and their customer service is non-existent because they have a PBCAK - Problem Between Chair and Keyboard mentality (blaming the customer for the issue). When I receive and offer from AT&T Fixed Wireless for people who live in rural areas I jumped at the chance. $60 a month for unlimited data at incredible reliability and speeds I was a no brainier to drop their horrible unreliable service.

Updated...... keep shopping. This ain’t the same 4gasData reset and already paid for the next month. They never turned my data back on. I asked for a refund.Used to be great internet for rural customers. Not anymore. “Unlimited Internet” with limitations like a data cap....... customer for over 3 years and now I’m without internet until it resets. Be careful what you sign up for

I live way out in the boonies and have been searching for acceptable internet service for at least 12 years. Stumbled across these guys by accident. While a little on the high side of my budget, they are less than half the cost of my closest other option and 5 times the download speed of that other option. And the huge advantage they have is their customer service. Unbelievably top notch. Questions answered extremely quickly and they worked hard at helping with solving the questions I needed answers to. The best.

Had them for a long time then we were getting throttled after 2 days. They were saying we were using over 500 gigs within that time. Had them switch me from T-mobile to ATT then I had NO internet at all. They switched my back to T-mobile where I was once again and then guess what... no internet. They got tired of me calling everyday and just close my account without telling me. I only found out when I called to make payment just to be told that I needed yet ANOTHER SIM card because they completely close my account.

I was so dissatisfied with Hughes-net after months of slow speed issues that could not be resolved. I finally stumbled across 4G searching rural internet. I called and spoke with Teresa on Thursday afternoon and the modem was delivered by Saturday (cross country).I have since checked my rating because there are issues that are uncontrollable. Understand that you and 4G are at the mercy of the carriers. If ATT has issues with its towers, you have issues.. Sometimes i reach 8-9 mb, but it is inconsistent. the result is: you have to try to work something out with ATT ect. It is more of the nature of the service using major carrier towers. But I have worked through the issues, it is mainly adapting to changes through ATT. Tech support at 4gs has been helpful...

Amazing service! We get great signal throughout the house and we get 20 mbps down and 20 mbps even with 2 bars of signal from the cell tower. Very friendly customer service, and very helpful. I hope everyone in rural areas can learn about 4GAS. Thank you!
