Rich the night shift employee is very disrespectful. He continues to charge me extra for coffee. Ive watch him not charge other people anything. But charges me $7. He raised his tone of voice escalating the situation when I addressed him over charging me. He always in his car and i have to wait at the register for him to ring me up. Staff needs some adjustments

After purchasing food from 7-Eleven that they heat it up I had an emergency both bathrooms were claimed to be closed don't understand how they can serve food and not give customers somewhere to go when their food gives you instant diarrhea DO NOT EAT HERE! BE AWARE. I can't give any less than one star

Every morning between 9:30-12, this store and personnel offer fresh food & quality customer service. From the pastries to the hot dogs, everything is up kept and hot! I go outta of my way from all the 7-11’s near my location to visit just this one

Chris the store manager isn’t a good person, but Kimberly the assistant manager is the good one, she’s awesome and a great boss/person, I highly don’t suggest working if your looking to work here, go to a different store to work at… some of the workers are nice like Chuck and Rob. To sum it up I put my two weeks in then they cut my hours, why would I work somewhere where they respect you when you show respect. And a update they lost a customer NEVER GO here it’s really bad now the store manager is really bad…

I deliver for Doordash part-time and have met some awesome cashiers at this location whenever I picked up orders. I didn't hesitant to accept an order here at night until I stepped inside. I searched for the cashier and found an older lady manning the front scoffing through the aisles as she was grabbing items for delivery orders. She didn't acknowledge me until I said I was picking up for someone. She rudely told me she's finishing it up and obviously not having the best mood so I waited patiently until I got an additional order so I told her I can pick up another order. She yelled with quite a temper and asked me if I can't see that she's clearly working on it and that I have to wait. I replied that I am in no rush. When she finished the 2nd order, she was still annoyed at what she's doing, even figuring out the stickers she has to attach to the bags irritated her more. Once done, I said "Have a nice day." and she replied with "Yeah yeah" with an attitude. As much as I like picking up orders from here, I don't think I'll do so whenever I see her working there. Yes, I am not a customer but her customer service is clearly not what you can call outstanding, not even an inch closer to satisfactory. Hopefully she's just stressed out or something.

This place will steal your points. I am beyond disappointed because I was close to 5,000 points and then I go in today to buy some things, didn’t redeem a reward at all, and somehow I only have 500 points now? And it’s like the app knows it did something too because there’s an option that says “missing points?” But there is no helpful way to get them back.
