Worst banking experience of my life. The service was absolutely terrible. I deposited money here a while back. I had counted the amount three times and was pretty certain on the amount. The teller took my money, counted it, and was over a hundred dollars off. I asked her to recount and she told me no. I then politely asked for the money back so I could deposit it elsewhere. The manager came over and told me no, I could not have my money back. She said they would start an investigation into whether the money was counted wrong. I was told to leave and that I would be contacted. I was a little upset, but I didn't want to be unreasonable so I left. In the next month I called back twice always with the same answer "we are still investigating." It's been over six months and they have yet to contact me. Needless to say I will not be going back. Plainfield location on Caton Farm Road
