Strengths:Convenient location: I find the gym's proximity to my home incredibly convenient, minimizing travel time and making it an easy choice for my workouts.Areas for improvement:Equipment upkeep: Some equipment appears dusty and in need of maintenance, and malfunctioning machines can be frustrating. Replacing outdated equipment and ensuring its regular servicing would enhance the user experience.Facility cleanliness: Occasional dust and broken towel dispensers create a less polished impression. Consistent cleaning and ensuring dispensers are promptly refilled would contribute to a more inviting atmosphere.Comparison to other Anytime Fitness locations: I recently visited another Anytime Fitness location and was impressed by its overall condition compared to ours. Aiming to achieve similar standards across all branches would elevate the experience for members.Overall:This Anytime Fitness location offers a convenient option due to its proximity to my home. However, I believe that improvements in equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and consistency with other branches would create a more positive and enjoyable experience for all members.

The week of January 15, 2024 it appears that the owner and employees are all on vacation. There is nothing to wipe down and clean the equipment and gym looks messy.

I have been going to this gym ever since it has opened. It is very economical for people that just need the basic to get a good workout. I am just tired of things not working there for not just months but for over a year! Trust me? It’s not the managers fault on duty it is the owner! We pay a yearly fee on top of our monthly fee and this stuff doesn’t get fixed. The gym on 135th also has the same stuff out of order. Why do we pay the yearly fee if nothing is getting fixed!

Walked in during “staffed hours”. However, there’s no staff to help or sign you up. Will be signing up somewhere else.

Keyfob does not work even though I go through insurance and have been here before. No one on staff even though it is during their staffed hrs. Cant leave a voicemail either as their mailbox is full and says to call again

One star review because you can't leave zero stars. Add me to the long list of people charged after cancelling my membership here. I should have known better than to join after reading other negative reviews from people charged after they cancelled. Figured I would take a chance and make sure I was careful about cancelling. It's now clear the charges are intentional and this is just how they do "business." Charge people bull*hit fees and hope they don't notice so they can pad their bottom line.

Great gym. Attendants need to be there 24/7 however so not working out alone.

Overall Gym is small but it was managed well and maintained well.My issue with this facility is that i had canceled my membership and they were still charging for 4 months straight after I signed the cancelation form.Even when I brought their mistake to their attention they still have YET to refund me $130.It has been 40 days since I brought this mistake to their attention and still no refund.If this is how they run a business then they have some bad growing pains to grow through as business owners . Highly dissatisfied with the service

It's ok. Wouldn't hurt to clean the ceiling fans once in a while and clean the vent covers too. Seems like an awful lot of dust up there.

Avoid this place. The gym itself is decent but the staff is absolutely clueless and completely unhelpful. Cancelling my membership has been a 6+ month process now. After it took a month to make contact in the first place, I was able to go in and cancel my membership in February. Filled out the form and was told that it was taken care of. Now in May I am still being charged and nobody from the club has contacted me back despite numerous calls and emails. I even physically went into the gym twice during staffed hours and nobody was there to help me. After being a member for over 3 years I hoped it would be a simple cancellation process but it is clear that management and employees don’t care about helping you once they have you under contract already. After reading multiple other reviews of people with a similar experience I am extremely disappointed in this place.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM! I have been trying to cancel my membership for months and the management refuses to take care of this. I keep getting charged every month even though I'm being told our membership is cancelled. This is a poorly run establishment run by a bunch of liars.

Don’t believe the Yelp Karens. This place is clean, maintained and a great place to workout. The dumbbells go up to 120 so that there is a plus. Plenty of squat racks too. Nice area for stretching and core exercises. Plus any piece of equipment you would need for your goals. Come in and look. It’s a lot bigger than it looks! YOU CAN EVEN USE CHALK!! Just keep it clean. I’m a fan. ?
