Great customer care! They engage you and listen to your concerns. Then, when they inspect your vehicle, they send a narrated video educating you while still letting you, the customer, decide on the work. I'll use Bartel's as my exclusive shop from now on. Trevor was my contact and he is top flight!

I went in for a quote today and everyone was super helpful especially Matt! Despite how many cars were there and about 5 people in the waiting room they were able to take care of me right away and get started right away! Matt did a walkthrough with me and showed me everything that needed to be fixed and also took videos and photos of the damage then sent them to me which was super helpful. Unfortunately the damage was a lot of money so I have to go through insurance and Bartel’s was not covered but I will totally be back for an oil change or any other issues I might have in the future. As a girl this place is super friendly and they do not try to rip you off and will walk through everything in as much detail as possible! Overall great experience and super helpful and friendly staff! Again want to praise Matt for all is help and professionalism

I brought my car to Bartel’s because they had previously repaired my cars in the past. I dropped my car off in the morning the next day and they provided a shuttle service to drive me home. Oh, let me add they work on the weekends unlike most other auto repair shops which is a godsend. I didn’t need my car over the weekend so Monday morning they picked me up at home to pick up my car. Their friendliness and convenience means they will get my money again should I need their services.

Company makes videos to let you know what is wrong with your vehicle, they educate you and explain what’s wrong which is nice versus blindly guessing and googling. They also take the time to help you the best they can and find the best priced out parts for your vehicle
