The people at this location have always been very professional and friendly. Mind ATM outside though, it has tried to take $100 from my cash deposits on multiple occasions.

Cici picked up the phone right away after I could not get anyone to pick up at the other branch and helped me with Zelle and getting that set up. Could not be more pleased and I will be coming into this branch now as she was quite helpful.

Worst bank ever they change there hour every week the tellers are alway rude and they never fill the over night drop box with deposit slips so unless you do not work you will probably never make here in time when they are open

Stopped to cash a check in drive-up. I opened the canister and something sharp on the lid cut my thumb. I informed the girl who greeted me on the intercom and asked for a bandaid. I had hand sanitizer thank God ...who knows how many germs are on those things, or how many other people may have already cut themselves. While waiting for my money and bandaid I waited for the blood to stop but it took longer than I was comfortable with so I asked the girl to document what happened and I took a few pictures. The 2 girls inside kept looking at each other like I was insane. I informed them my job requires extreme finger dexterity and this not only will cause a few days of pain ( (I'm sure I'll live) but it needed to be addressed. I did not appreciate their attitude. I also had asked for small bill's and DID NOT get what I asked for.

Terrible management in Plainfield! In January 2015, after my husband died in mid November 2014, I refinanced his car with BMO where the original loan was secured. I paid the $95 title registration and was told “all doneâ€. In May of 2015, they notified me that the registration was STILL in my husband's name. This bank is a joke. The loan banker didn't even know the companies own policy in determining loan processing. Wasted our time dealing with this person and bank.

Love the bank and very friendly personnel but their motto of hounding you every time coming in asking for different or new accounts or about refinancing your mortgage or taking surveys so they can call you....... IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING..... specially when in a hurry and you have to be delayed to hear their sales pitch .... have numerous accounts here and never a problem with accounts or anything but the hounding don't stop soon I will be looking else where. Wow..... very annoyed.

Walked into this exact bank in Plainfield. I was not greeted by the teller. I was waiting for a personal banker in the brown chairs. When the personal banker comes out she takes another guest who had literally just walked in when I had been waiting for 20 minutes already. That's when I decided to close my account.
