I think I finally found my nail salon/artist! ??Lydia is passionate artist who’s super patient and down for challenges. She makes sure that I’m happy with what I’m getting. She’s very willing to fix what I’m not 100% satisfied. Usually I’m nervous about sharing my thoughts and just not go back to the nail salon (I have tried a few around the area), but she is super easy to talk to. I love it. I’m going to come back and challenge her with a different design next time. Thank you so much!! ?

Everyone was very friendly. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were able to take me:). My Nail Tech , MIA was the best! She listened to what I needed and exceeded my expectations!! Thank you ?

I am new to the Plainfield, IL area and decided to go to Brava Nails for a dip set. I have been going now for several months, switching to Gel set and always have my appointments with Maihien, who is very good, very personable and friendly...just a pleasure each and every time!! I highly recommend everyone who may be undecided on a new salon. Brava Nails is the best!!

Don’t waste your money on this place, went on a Tuesday around 5pm and Michael took care of me, claimed that he had an app at 6 and still did my manicure and pedicure I felt that he was rushing did not even cut my cuticles and charge me for shaping my nails also my nails were crooked when he worked on my pedicure he left the hot towel on my feet for so long didn’t cut my cuticles and did a horrible job. Don’t recommend this place

Jason was absolutely amazing. He really worked with me on the design and colors. Also, he was fun to talk to. I have smaller nail beds, which are a bit harder to work on, but he did an absolutely amazing job! Btw the salon is very clean and well organized.

They will rip you off and your nails will still look like a kid in kindergarten splashed colors. Also very rude, do not book with Maya. I simply made a comment that something does not look right and she started talking something bad obviously in her own language, while telling me not to book an appointment with her again. The manager is totally useless too and do not know how to manage or solve anything. Please see photos of my nails .. ridiculous.

Love this salon! Everyone is so kind and gentle and talented. I usually walk in and take the first available stylist and I've always loved every dip manicure and no chip pedicure I've received. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Even though we had an appointment for the four of us for mani-pedis, our nails weren't even started until 45 minutes after the appointment time. We weren't all able to sit together and everything was very rushed. Two days later, all of us had issues with the nail polish chipping. I don't know if they dilute their polish or not, but we will definitely not be going back.

Been a customer since Brava Nails opened and I do not have any complaints. Both my daughters also get their nails & toes done at Brava. My daughter’s nails for prom were gorgeous! Mina and Nancy do a beautiful job. I’ve never been rushed and my nails usually last a long time. Highly recommend!

Stay away! First off the owner was being rude to everyone that walked in. An employee stole my friends phone and they all acted like she didn’t come in with it. She went home and checked her cloud, it pinged at brava. They still tried denying it was there till she threatened to call the police then they miraculously found it under a towel in a drawer. Awful customer service and awful mani, pedis.
