Stopped going for a while because even though they encourage on line appointment setting, my appointment was not honored! Today I had the worst pedicure ever! Nice tech but I think I was his first customer ever! Cold towels and 3 hours later my nails won’t dry!!

This was the fourth time I go to Brava Nails & Spa, Maya had helped me before, but on this occasion she was not available, so Mina helped me, who from the beginning was not friendly at all, I asked her for a design and she said she could do it, which was nothing like the photo I showed her. She did everything very quickly, she didn't had the care and attention thatI received before, from Maya. I realized that what Mina wanted, was to end my service and leave, since when I finished paying, she said goodbye to the cashier and left. I share the photo of the design, that I asked her if she could do and the photo of the work she did.

I had Michael as my technician and I have never been so disappointed with my service. He barely worked on my cuticles, used a cuticle trimmer to cut my nails for pedicure and the massage during both manicure/pedicure was also subpar. In addition, the gentleman’s nails were long with visible dirt under them. I will not be returning and I am typically not one to complain. I do not often pamper myself so when I do I expect to feel great during and after. ?

Just had my nails done by Lydia for the first time. My no chip manicure is the best I’ve had in a very long time! She did amazing and I’ll definitely request her on my next visit.

There is a very, very unskilled and careless employee here who has ruined my nails for the last time. Been coming here for YEARS and was shocked at the treatment I got today.Heather did a fill for me a week ago and I've been back TWICE to repair the awful job she did. The receptionist this morning was slouched, yawning like I was bothering the little princess, and flat refused to take my nails off. Zhe offered another appointment to repair them twice, at which point I just walked right out. Disrespectful little lady I do not wish to ever pay for this luxury service ever again. The woman up front should not be frontfacing, and Heather needs to be fired. I've NEVER had nails chip or break off like this in 27 years of acrylics.Will find another place to spend $100 a month.Services: Nail art

My daughter went to this nail salon on a Sunday at around 3:30pm. We both received fill ins with no-chip polish. By Tuesday of that same week our nails began to chip. I got black. She got what you see in the pictures. She doesn't do any hard labor or anything that would cause her nails to chip; she's 17. Our service was rushed (they closed at 4:30). I won't go back. I find that smaller nail salons do the best work and take the time and care the customers need.

Nice and welcoming space. It didn't take long and took an hour to do my nails. Nice workers and I got exactly what I asked for. Nails look great, super happy and would come again or recommend to someone. :)

Lydia was amazing! Was definitely the best nail salon experience I've ever had. My nails look amazing and it was so nice to meet Lydia, she was so fun to talk to and I really felt like she cared about me as a client and answered all my questions and concerns too! Thankful for the nice receptionist and and sweet woman that did my pedi but I’ve never had no chip, bubble a day after getting a pedicure and then two more nails “no chip” completely come off like normal polish in 10 days. I didn’t spend over $50 for no chip to not last. Idk what they’re using but this is so frustrating to waste money. I wanted to find a new go to spot for hands and toes rather than going to two separate places but this isn’t it. I should’ve asked for regular polish. They were closed for the holiday when I needed it fixed so now it’s too late, they say. Wasted gas getting here 4 times for the same no chip pedi in 2 weeks. Poor quality….

This was my first time going to Brava and I will be making this my regular salon. I had Tiffany for my nails. She went above and beyond to give me exactly what I wanted. My nails turned out flawless and exactly like the picture I showed her. I had Dany for my pedicure. He gave me the most phenomenal leg and foot rub, I have ever had. I will be making both of them by regular technician's at Brava. I brought my daughter with me and my daughter said that this is the best I've ever looked. I highly recommend this place.Went back three weeks later to get a fill. I got Tony this time and he went above and beyond to ensure I got the nail design I wanted.Been there twice and I have received the best service. This is the BEST nail salon around. I’ve been a customer for over 10 yrs now and have followed the owners through their businesses around Shorewood and Plainfield. All the nail technicians do a wonderful job.

worst nails i have ever had. i got no chip they chipped within 3 days. i went back to get them fixed and they are again chipping and falling off. the staff was not the nicest either.Service: Acrylic nails

Regardless of what the other negative comments say , all I can say is that I have been coming here since they open today I got my pedicure done by Nancy and the experience was amazing!! She is such a nice lady , just love her vibe .. I had never had any bad experiences here, .. I have to mention Nancy cause she is such a sweet lady and my pedicure looks amazing ..
