Terrible, terrible at communicating! Placed my order, after three weeks I kept calling and texting for an update, nobody ever called me back. Not until I called the office, left a voicemail like you always do, and said to cancel my order. Then somebody called me back. I still canceled. If you want lack of communication, this is your company. By the way, their carpet is not less than others.

Jeff was amazing to work with throughout our entire carpet decision making process for our new home. From the start he really explained the different options and levels of quality he had available either immediately in stock or available for a quick order. Later when my husband and I had different 'visions' for the overall look we wanted upstairs he gave us very reasonable pricing for both options and most importantly, really worked with us to get everything purchased and installed on a tight deadline. He gave us great options and samples to take home and see in our house, and his pricing couldn't be beat. We would absolutely recommend Carpet for Less again- our carpeted rooms have become our favorite rooms in the house!

Extremely poor customer service. He installed our carpeting, but it was done very poorly as it is now folding/bubbling in a non traffic area. We have called him repeatedly, and one personal visit to the business he agreed to help repair (we were not unwilling to pay for it since it was 3 years later). He agreed to call his folks to come fix and never did. We called twice again and no response.

If you are in need of new carpet for your home then do yourself a favor, support local and call Jeff. Their prices are unmatched versus a big box store. Process was easy from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with our newly installed carpet.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this place. From the get go I got gruff from one of the owners when it came to finding out when they would be starting the job so I could plan accordingly. You would think when you give someone business they would be pleasant, but not the case at all. The first issue right off the bat was that the transition strip kept popping up. I had to keep calling to finally get someone to come out and fix this issue. A few months later the luxury vinyl flooring starting buckling in front of our fridge. I was finally transitioned to the other owner after four months of calling and getting nowhere. He finally sent someone out, who managed to make the issue worse. He had no clue what he was doing. I have been told nothing but empty promises trying to get them to fix this since then. That was SIX months ago. I really wish I didn’t go with this lousy, low bid company. I tried supporting a small, local business, but lesson learned. After several months of getting the run around, issues with the flooring still persists. I wish they were more focused on doing the right, ethical thing instead of just taking my money and not resolving the issue.

Jeff was great to work with. We are moving in from Michigan and other than the carpet delivery being delayed everything went seamless! Jeff met us at our home when we were in town and brought samples for us. He is very easy to communicate with. They did a great job with the installation and left the house in good order. We carpeted two bedrooms and the stairs. It's so wonderful to work with people like Jeff's team when you are unable to be there for the installation. You can count on Jeff! Would not hesitate to recommend.

Jeff and his team made replacing our carpet an easy task from beginning to end. He patiently went through the different carpet options with me and gave me some samples to view in our home. After my husband and I decided what we liked best, we contacted Jeff to place the order. The carpet came within two weeks. Jeff was flexible and worked around our schedule for the install. The two men who made up the install team were extremely kind and respectful. They moved the heavy furniture pieces, took apart beds/the entertainment center and returned everything to its original state. We are so happy with our new carpet. It's so clean and fresh. After living with builder-grade carpet and padding for so long, we feel as if we're walking on air!

The owner Jeff Flynn went out of his way to meet me at his place of business even though I was at the old address, he said he would meet me at the new place. He was also nice enough to wait for my husband to get there from work. He took the time to go over all the types of carpets with me. He let us take samples home to make sure which one we wanted. We were waiting for new windows to be installed before we put new carpeting, Jeff was very understanding and kept the carpet till we were ready. Installers were very nice. We had a lot of big furniture and they moved it all from room to room. (God bless them) I found one area in a closet that they didn’t cut and tack down. Contacted Jeff immediately and he sent someone out the next day to fix. I definitely recommend this company. Thanks Jeff!

We had the best experience with Carpet For Less and owner, Jeff Flynn. We were referred by a realtor friend who uses them all the time and raved about the company. Communication, selection, product, scheduling, installation and follow up went flawlessly. We had new carpet and new luxury vinyl installed and we couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. Our finished basement looks like a brand new space :)
