I've never had a problem with this branch. Everyone has always been nice and personal when I go there. The people giving it 1 stars seem a little dramatic. It's a bank, what more do you want?

I transferred from one bank to Chase. It took way too long to open a new account. The people working there have no idea what they're doing. And the one guy at the bank branch was too busy flirting with me and l am wearing a wedding band. Distasteful and unprofessional.
