not happy. I was in 3 times for check engine light. they changed coil, light came back. then changed wire light came back, changed harness, light came back. next time it was valve train quoted 6k for one side or 12 k for engine rebuild. I told them forget it. I paid 2 times for incorrect diagnostics. I found another shop that found the real issue, they changed the spark plug. They also fixed a ticking lifter for 1/3 the quoted price of GM. I also paid GM for diagnostics of a air-condition issue. my temp was at 64 GM said its fine, the another shop which found the real issue which was a blend door that they repaired. **be warned**

The tech doesn’t know what they are doing I arrived to have my speakers checked because they were not workin well … tech only gave me a system update that did not work but wanted me to come back to have it checked again . Why wasn’t your work checked after ? Why do I need to call off work multiple times for something that could have been checked the first time? NO WORRIES since you guys seem to not to know I took it to ADVANTAGE IN BOLINGBROOK within a few hours they gave me the answer I already knew which I need a new radio system which is on back order .. I probably would have to come back to the Plainfield location a few times to get that answer …( SN: Dakota is great with all communication… MIKE: has the worst attitude I would avoid )

then after 30 minutes was called back and was told to reschedule because the part was not available. It was an inconvenience.

I waited 3.5 hours only to find out I have to take my car to dealer where it was purchased. Only 1 communication from Webb in those 3.5 hours.I actually had to approach them twice to find out what was going on.Also, I purchased a part using Sunbitwhich can’t be used and I have zero confidence they know how to rectify. I won’t be back. I’ll drive the distance of Aurora to Hodgkins.
