Love this place! No waiting for gym equipment or not having an area to do weights. You come in and get your own designated area for the hour with a coach to help motivate you through a structured workout.

The great community atmosphere promotes a motivating environment and enjoyable experience. My exceptional trainer, Michelle, gradually increased degree of difficulty to build strength and loose weight (30 lbs.) over 12 months. I would recommend to anyone!

Overall a great gym, and definitely one worth trying if you're skeptical. Friendly staff and a great workout environment. Locker rooms are clean, spacious, and modern.
