This is my first experience with CrossFit and I’m glad this is the gym I chose to start my journey. From the coaches to your fellow athletes, everyone is so supportive and encouraging. I’m only a few weeks in, but I’ll be here for quite a long time. I’m excited for the journey ahead.

The coaching staff is excellent! Coaches Colleen, Steph, and Adam (among others) are all very knowledgeable and will make sure you’re keeping the right form through all the incredibly challenging workouts. The equipment is top tier (Rogue) and the facility is kept clean. Awesome place!
