Went in to the industrial drive Plainfield location to get the space I reserved online. Michael at this location is PHENOMENAL! I didn't have the key for a smaller unit that I was already renting and he was gracious enough to cut the lock off for me. I offered to buy him lunch and he refused. He was so kind and understanding. I will be highly recommending this location to everyone I know.

Mike, at the CubeSmart in Plainfield off Industrial Rd, is one of the most helpful, kind, and most informative employees I’ve come across. His customer service speaks volumes. He is an absolute asset to CubeSmart. We will be returning because of him. I’ve already told my friends and family that this location is the go-to!!!!!

If I could choose 0, I would. We tried to access our storage unit, and it had a lock on it. Tried to call, email, use the QR code at the site for real time assistance, all of which resulted in no response. We still have not received a response, but we did receive this survey. I have since notified them of cancellation. Hopefully they have taken that seriously.

Mike at the Plainfield CubeSmart is one of the best managers we’ve worked with over the past 15 years of using storage lockers. He’s helpful, he’s knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service. We added a second locker for a white time while we did some renovations at the office. While we’re finished with using that second locker, we still have our main locker there. We love that Mike knows his customers and waves to them when they come by!

I recently moved out of my storage unit at this location and my experience was great! The facility was super clean, easy to access, staff is very friendly and there’s no hidden fees. I rented the largest unit and was so happy i did. If i need to move or store anything again i am definitely coming back!

I'm a returning customer. About 14 years ago I cleaned out my mother's house into a CubeSmart storage space. We had her space for a couple years.
This time it's my mother-in-law's house hold items. I really like these climate controlled storage spaces.
