CVS Pharmacy on Drauden Rd in Plainfield has EXTREMELY BAD customer service. Frequently out of medications, cannot give an estimate of when the medication will be available. I" was advised that they cannot transfer a prescription for me to another store, as "they are too busy". Staff is very rude, not helpful, poorest of customer service skills. Staff at CVS on Eola Rd in Aurora is EXTREMELY HELPFUL, AND COURTEOUS, GREAT customer service at that store.

This pharmacy is terrible. They either don’t have the items needed or they hang up on you. Poor customer service on several occasions. Go elsewhere.

We went in today for a scheduled appt for a second dose of the pneumonia vaccine. We were told "sorry" we must have given it to someone else this weekend. Come back some other time but we are not sure when the next order will be filled. I am generally happy with my day to day prescription needs but today's situation is unacceptable.

Worse pharmacy we've had so far. Walgreens and Osco both were better but our insurance provider forces us here. Never make their quoted times which are always at least an hour. Never waited so long in a drive thru so long (outer one broke most of the time so you have to wait for covid tests to be done) Try anywhere else.

CVS has been banging out quality drug store ambiance for years. Let me tell you, when I'm going in for my suppositories and Michael Bolton is on the radio in the store I'm instantly put at ease. Calm washes over me like a fart in a sauna. A thunderous sax solo and my suppository purchase are just one of the 486 reasons I love my local CVS. Dear CVS executives, Feel free to use this review on your next company meeting.
