I wish I could say something nice, but incompetent is the word that comes to mind. This Pharmacy is the worst. I have had issues with getting my full 90 day Rx filled for the last 6 months. I receive text messages that it is ready for pick up, but when I arrive I’m told they only have 15 of my 90 pills with an option to drive to another location and get a few more ( which has caused a major issue with my insurance company). I have tried reaching out to CVS Corporate, but I have not heard back from anyone. Zero stars for Customer Service, and the Pharmacist.

Good afternoon,
I would like to complain as a customer who has been going to the same pharmacy for years. I was at your pharmacy a few days ago to redeem some money that got stuck in the lottery machine you have available to customers. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of being assisted by your assistant manager, JAMIE. For a while now, I've been noticing how rude and disrespectful she is, always on edge, a completely bitter person. Ironically, at the same time I was mistreated by her, there was another customer who mentioned that Jamie is always like this, always mistreating the customers who come in. Even the girl who was unlucky enough to be working with this person on the shift said that she tries not to take personally the snubs and mistreatment from this lady. Honestly, I don't like to complain about others, but I also work in customer service, and I know that sometimes we have a bad day, but this lady seems to have been born to have more bad days because she's always in a horrible mood! Could someone kindly explain to her that the people who come in are spending their money and time helping the business stay alive? Maybe that's why so many pharmacies have been closing their doors and going bankrupt in the greater Chicago area!
I ask manager DEREK to please talk to her and try to help her be more kind, gentle, and patient. The world is already hostile and crazy enough; it's absolutely unnecessary for someone to be rude for no reason to those who haven't done anything wrong to them. I don't even believe that the customer is always right because many are completely rude as well. But that wasn't the case; I asked her for help and she simply began with her gratuitous rudeness, and it wasn't the first time!

Needed meds to be filled. I was told they have them. I go to pick them up and they only had 10 of 30. Thanks for wasting my time. I could have gone to a different location and gotten them by today had I been told the truth. But now I have to wait until tomorrow to find what pharmacy has them in stock and then wait another day for them to be filled. Now I am 3 days without meds.

Nina TechnicanApparently was having a bad day and did not want to do her job. Call the insurance to get the correct information in order to process the meds. I was extremely not feeling well and she had absolutely no empathy at all. I brought her attitude to the Pharmacist attention and she did not apologize or anything. First time ever having an issue at this location but apparently new staff and Nina need to find another profession.

The pharmacist Ann was so kind and tried to help me track down a hard to find medicine. She was patient, and used time I know she didn’t have to help me.

The people who run the store are thieves. I tried to pick ip a UPS package from this store and they lied and said they didnt have it. I had to bring them multiple proofs from UPS stating that it was delivered and that it was in their possession before the 17 year old was like oh whoops yeah i just found it a little bit ago. The shelf only had 5 boxes on it. I watched her pretend to look at the tags on the boxes for 5 minutes before she gave up and said she didnt have it. If they werent lying to me, then at best they are severely incompetent. How can you run a cvs when you dont know how to read? Shoutout to the dopey manager who lied to me and said the package was “inbound”, meanwhile she was hiding it in the back. Next time UPS drops off a package there im walking in with a police officer. Nice try! I will be contacting your store manager and alerting them to this attempted employee theft.

Only one employee was checking this guy out for 10 mins i guess the guy was trying to use a bunch of coupons. No other register is open even the automated ones. Just wanted to check out just a quart of milk. What’s point of having 2 self-checkouts if we can’t use them. No concern for the waiting customers at all. Had to go to walgreens on hassert. Was in and out in a minute.
