Showed a fake bill for a 3 year contract I never signed. This is a crooked business that will scam you. The few positive reviews are actually by employees who were forced to write them.

I’ve had alarm systems installed in the past, from a different alarm company, so I thought I pretty much knew what to expect- D and I electronics exceeded my expectations. The installers were very friendly and respectful of my home. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and concerns.

It was to over priced. I looked online and found Ring Security System. Which included an Activate professional monitoring with a Ring Protect Plus subscription to get a lot more for a lot less. For only $10 a month or $100 a year. This also allowed me to add my ring cameras and doorbell with no extra charge.

I unfortunately bought a house that already had D & I and while there was no real issues at first, once you need them to come to your place of residence, make sure you have money saved. The current quote for them to visit your residence to help assist in fixing or a faulty sensor is $95 for the visit and $25 for every 15 minutes they are there. So by the time you greet them and show them the problem, boom $25 charge. They take 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, boom $25. So they charge $100 an hour plus parts plus initial charge for a visit. Do yourself a favor and find a security company that cares for you and does not charge you a minimum $175 for any visit because most security companies DO NOT have those ludicrous rates
