I have went to this practice since moving to Plainfield, IL and started with Dr. Hodoval. I had an experience today which WILL BE MY LAST where Dr. Ghazi's assistance changed my cleaning appointment with the Dentist to the Dental Hygienist. No disrespect to the Hygienist as this was not her fault. THE PROBLEM is with Dr. Ghazi's assistant WHO BOOKED this cleaning WITH THE DDS and proceeds to lecture me when I am asking why my appointment was moved to the Hygienist when it was originally booked (BY HER) with Dentist. SHE WAS CAUGHT IN A LIE AND WOULD NOT ADMIT THAT SHE MADE AN ERROR AND MADE THIS CHANGE WITHOUT CONFIRMING MY ACCEPTANCE. Oh yes, it is about $$$, because she also let me know they cannot accommodate me this morning due to a person needing a crown....hmm, thanks for confirming this is about $$$ and by the way there is this thing about HIPAA. ALL CREDIBILITY AND CONFIDENCE LOST! You also now owe me for the inconvenience of My Work Time Lost for an appointment that was booked six months ago!

Easy to get appointment. Office Staff were very friendly. Hygienist was very thorough & careful. Dentist was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this dental office.

I feel like they are more focused on squeezing every dime out of every interaction possible which is understandable but I feel like my dentists office shouldn’t feel like a sales organization. I’m still not sure if they even listen to a word I was saying the last time I was in. I’ve been here several times and officially don’t plan on going back but they still are a functional dentist office

Dr. Shah and her team are the best around! Always very kind and professional. Even though everyone is wearing face masks you can tell they are smiling and always have a welcoming environment. I came in for a crown on one of my front teeth and Dr. Shah and her team went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. 100% Recommended to all my friends and family!

Dr Shah is an incredible dentist. So meticulous. If she had been my dentist the past 20 years I’d have faired much better in the long run. I am so grateful she takes care of my teeth and smile now. Besides being excellent at her profession, she has a very kind “bedside” manner.

I love this practice. Everyone is so welcoming, Kim the hygienist is friendly and gentle. The doctor is very thorough and takes her time to make sure I understand what will be/needs to be done! I thought it would be hard to switch dentists after 20 years, especially someone like me who is not fond of dental work, but I feel like I’ve been going there forever!

I have been a patient of Dental Associates of Plainfield for 20 years. When Dr. Hodavol retired and the practice was bought by another group of dentists, I wasn’t sure what to expect since I loved my dentist and hygienist, Sue, but decided to give Dr. Shah and the team a chance.I could not be happier. I just had a crown put on, my first, and Dr. Shah and Pari were amazing. I have a great fear of the dentist, always have, but they put me at ease and I am so grateful.Kim is an amazing hygienist, as well. I highly recommend this dental practice.As a side note, they are doing a fantastic job with the Covid protocol. I felt extremely safe and at ease.

I used to live close to their practice. I always love going there, although I now live 60 minutes away I don’t mind driving there. The doctors and the staff are very friendly. Due to the pandemic I was very hesitant to go back, but I am happy I did, the place is very clean and the stuff and doctors are following all safety measures. I highly recommend this place!Thank you Dental Associates
